of her mother's arms in an attempted kidnapping. investigators say, this is the man who tried to snatch the two year old girl last evening. as she and her mother were outside their home on dayo court in east san jose. kron -4's charles clifford is live in san jose. with a description of the suspect. and reaction from the startled victim. charles? >> yes, the san jose police department worked hard today. back in this neighborhood if the neighbors have any information about this suspect. through out the day wednesday, police officers went door to door in the neighborhood around dayo court, looking for anyone who might know something about this suspect. from inside her front door, the mother who literally fought a tug of war battle with the would be kidnapper, described what happened >> just a man was walking across the street. i was playing outside with my daughters. he was commenting on how beautiful they were

ran a red light while being chased by police. and crashed into a car. killing his passenger 29- year old patricia tune-coon. that car then jumped the curb and killed gutierrez. kron 4's reggie kumar tells us, family members of gutierrez say they have forgiven the driver. who is responsible for their loved ones death. >> of the family says that they do not understand why the 26 your old was cut short. the mother spoke to me through a translator while standing next to her brother before the funeral. she says the suspect should pay for what he did. she says that he feels sorry for her mother his mother- >> he should be brought to justice according to the law. and i feel bad for his mother because she must be going through painful situation of what happened.

those with suspended or revoked licenses. the study found that although these are all under the same umbrella, unlicensed drivers tend to be more hazardous than motorists whose licenses have been suspended or revoked the percentage of unlicensed drivers 19 and younger in fatal crashes were 4 times higher than the percentage of those that had a suspended or revoked license and the largest percentage of fatal crashes with drivers who don't have a license, or their license were taken away, are between ages 20 and 29. impounding vehicles have proven to be effective in reducing crashes among suspended, revoked, or unlicensed drivers. in order to gain a california drivers license, one has to have legal status. according to the la times, immgrant rights groups say this study proves that permitting these licenses would reduce fatalities. the actual number of unlicensed drivers in the state of california is unknown, because the dmv doesn't get wind of them
